At the age of 61, I wake up almost every morning excited about the day to come!
For the past three years, I have been providing life coaching to women in midlife through private coaching. I use a neural somatic process that helps retrain your mind and body when it comes to food, relationships, and career.
I teach women how to feel and process their emotions so they can make decisions and take actions in healthy ways.
I am a life coach for midlife women. Every day I work with women who want to feel more balanced and in control of their lives.
