I'm about to turn 61 and I can tell you that being over 50 can and should be the most amazing time of your life.
I challenge everything people think about being a certain age and I delight in creating a life I love at any age!
My background includes a master's in counseling, higher education advising and counseling, blogging, and becoming a certified life and weight loss coach.
In some ways, my life now is the best it has ever been! I love helping clients discover how amazing they are and see new possibilities.
My best years are NOT behind me. I look forward to growing, evolving, and having as much fun as possible.
And I LOVE helping my clients do the same.
