How to Break Free From Sugar Group
6 weeks of classes and coaching
Once a week from 12 to 1:30 PM Central Time
Dates: June 11, June 18, June 25, July 9, July 16, and July 23 ( We won’t meet the week of July 4)
What is included
6 sessions
Each session will include and information/teaching part as well as time to ask questions and get coached on your specific issues.
Class One
How to Get Started
This isn’t a group where we go straight to removing all sugar. Instead I teach you how to build the foundation that will make this process almost painless. As a benefit, if you’ve been steadily gaining weight, this step often completely stops weight gain.
Class Two
Evaluating your sugar issues. In my experience most women are not overeating or binging all day long. It’s usually in specific cases or times of day.
It’s important to focus in on your specific way of using sugar and what it does for you. For example, sugar provides a lot of comfort at times and if you just rip it away, you will feel worse.
Class Three
How to get through sugar cravings. This will be addressed in class two but we’ll dig in deeper in this class. Learning how to get through a craving, which is just a strong feeling, will change your life.
It changes your life because once you can sail through a sugar craving, you can pretty much feel anything.
Also, I’ll give you tips for getting through the holiday and/or vacations.
Class Four
Coming back after a two-week break we will evaluate how it went. What went well? What were the challenges? We’ll also look closely at how you have changed your sugar consumption at this point.
Class Five
By this time, most clients will have made significant changes in their sugar consumption. In this class we will anchor in these changes.
Class Six
Today we celebrate how far you’ve come! In week 6, you will be different without having to try to be different. We’ll identify the new beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions that created this change.
